This dairy-free dill & veggie cream cheese spread is creamy and tangy, with fresh herbs & veggies throughout. It's great on bagels or toast, as a spread in sandwiches or wraps, or as a dip with crackers or raw vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces Vegan cream cheese (I used kite hill's)
2 cup finely chopped roasted red bell pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped carrot
4 tbsp chopped dill
1 tbsp finely chopped chives or spring onions
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
WORKING THE MAGIC:
In a food processor, blend cream cheese until you get a creamy consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse a few times until well blended.
Enjoy with toasted bagels or crackers.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
