prep time - 10 minutes
chill time- 30 minutes
total time - 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp nut butter of your choice (I used mixed nut butter)
1/2 bar melted vegan white chocolate
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tbsp rose water
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 cups puffed rice cereals, unsweetened
1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberry
2 tbsp dried rose petals
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp salt
WORKING THE MAGIC:
In a large mixing bowl, combine nut butter, melted vegan white chocolate, melted coconut oil, rose water, and maple syrup and mix well.
Add in the freeze-dried strawberries, dried rose petals, chia seeds, salt, and half of the rice crisps. It's easy if you use your hands. Mix in the remainder of the rice crisps until they're thoroughly covered and the mixture is one huge sticky mess.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Transfer the rice crispy mixture to the baking tray and press firmly into the tray with another piece of parchment paper.
To firm up, place the mixture in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Remove from the freezer, cut into 9 square bars, and serve.
