cook time - 1 minute
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 slices of bread of choice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup coconut yogurt or greek yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup plus more for drizzling
1/8 tsp of cardamom powder
3 blood oranges, peeled and sliced
few fresh mint sprig
1 tbsp hemp hearts
WORKING THE MAGIC:
To make the lebneh, scoop the yogurt onto a layer of cheesecloth. Bring the edges of the cheesecloth together, tie it around a wooden spoon, and place the spoon across the top of a medium bowl so that the labneh hangs in the center but does not touch the bottom of the bowl. Chill overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove the labneh from the cheese cloth and transfer the labneh to a bowl.
Add cardamom powder and maple syrup to it; Whisk well and set aside.
Toast the bread and apply some olive oil.
Spread with lebneh, top with blood orange slices and drizzle with the maple syrup.
Top with fresh mint leaves and hemp hearts. Enjoy!
