Cauliflower, Blueberry & Plum Smoothie Bowl

Because there is nothing better to start a day than with a nourishing and generous bowl of healthy smoothie. It's got blueberries, plums, bananas and cauliflowers to make it super creamy and smooth! One of those smoothies that might sound questionable but tastes so dang good.

2 Bowls

T I M E

Prep time - 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 sliced bananas, frozen

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed then frozen

  • 1 cup ripe plum chunks, frozen

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen

  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk (I used planet oat's oat milk)


WORKING THE MAGIC:

  • Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender and whirl until smooth. Let the blender run long enough so that mixture is completely puréed.

  • Pour smoothies into bowls, add toppings as desired. Enjoy!
