Upgrade your next serving of yogurt with this chunky nut butter chocolate protein granola for a healthy dose of protein in every bite.
This healthy luscious chocolate granola just requires only 10 ingredients, which are combined in a large mixing dish before baking. It's much too simple not to give it a shot!

total time - 45-50 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts, pecans)
1/4 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, chia, hemp)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup nut butter
3 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp choice of protein powder (I used hemp protein powder)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
pinch of salt
4 tbsp cocoa nibs (optional)
4 tbsp dark Chocolate chunks/chips
WORKING THE MAGIC:
Preheat oven to 300F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, mixed seeds in a medium-size mixing bowl. Add maple syrup and nut butter.
Add cocoa powder, protein powder, cinnamon powder and salt and Mix until well coated.
Spread granola, in a single layer, on a lined baking sheet.
Place in oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring the mixture every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Once done, remove from oven and let cool, granola will get crunchy as it cools.
Add in cocoa nibs and dark chocolate chunks and mix well.
Store in a covered container on the counter for up to 1 month.
