INGREDIENTS:
1 cup dragon fruit chunks, fresh or frozen
2 medium size bananas, frozen
3 mandarin oranges, peeled
1 cup choice of plant milk (I used oat milk)
5-6 cashews
2 tbsp flaxseed meal
2 tsp hempseed
WORKING THE MAGIC:
Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender and whirl until smooth. Let the blender run long enough so that mixture is completely puréed.
Pour smoothie into glasses & Enjoy yummy breakfast!
