This moist and flavorful whole wheat banana bread made with olive oil is going to blow your mind. It just fills the whole house with warmth.

INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe bananas
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
½ cup olive oil
½ cup light brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon powder
2 pinches nutmeg powder
½ cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
WORKING THE MAGIC:
Preheat Oven to 350F/180C. Grease loaf pan or cake pan with some oil.
In a mixing bowl, mash bananas and add sugar to make a puree(using hand mixer or fork).
Now add the oil, vanilla, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder to the banana puree and mix well.
Sieve the flour with the baking soda, baking powder, salt directly in the puree.
Fold the mixture flour really well to form a smooth batter.
Lastly add the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips and fold the batter.
Pour the bread mixture into greased pan and bake at 350F/180C for 35-40 minutes(insert a toothpick in the bread it should come out clean).
When the bread cools down, remove the banana bread from the pan.
Slice and serve them warm with lots of love.
NOTE: To make banana bread vegan, skip adding chocolate chips.
