The yellow wax beans with garlic taste incredibly amazing and flavorful. This recipe required only a few ingredients and it's healthy, inexpensive, quick, and easy.

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb yellow wax beans, trimmed
1 tsp olive oil
2-4 clove of garlic, minced
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp tamari sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp toasted black sesame seeds
1 tbsp fresh chives
Salt to taste
WORKING THE MAGIC:
In a medium saucepan, bring water to boil and add 2-3 tbsp of salt to it.
Add trimmed beans to the water and blanch for 5-7 minutes.
Drain the water and transfer the beans to ice water for 4-5 minutes and drain the beans again.
In a large frying pan, heat the oil and add garlic and cook for a minute, don't burn the garlic here.
Add blanched beans and sauté for a minute.
Add sriracha sauce, tamari sauce, sugar, and salt to it and let it cook for 3-4 minutes until beans become tender and crispy.
Divide the beans into two plates and served with toasted sesame seeds and chives sprinkled on top.
