Treat yourself to a relaxing morning with a calming healthy and natural pink latte, made with homemade beet puree, aromatic lavender & cardamom, and topped with frothy oat milk. Drink yo veggies!!💖

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups oat milk

  • 1/2 cup beet puree

  • 1 tbsp lavender buds

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

  • Pinch of salt

To make Oat Milk Froth:

1/4 cup oat milk

WORKING THE MAGIC:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally about 5 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat and strain through a fine-mesh strainer or tea strainer in a jar.

  3. Divide between two mugs.

  4. Top with frothy oat milk and serve immediately. (To make oat milk froth, Heat oat milk for 3-4 minutes over medium-low; Froth the milk using an electronic frothing wand.)
