INGREDIENTS:
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup soft mango, mashed or puréed
1/2 cup oat milk, chilled
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp ceremonial matcha powder
1/2 cup hot boiling water
WORKING THE MAGIC:
Milk layer: Whisk together the chilled oat milk and 1 tbsp maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
Matcha layer: Using a matcha tea whisk, whisk the matcha with the boiling water.
Layer the latte: 1 cup ice cubes, 1/2 cup mango purée, oat milk, and matcha.
