Writer's picture: RuchikaRuchika

I'm going to share a very special recipe with you today!! My granny's (Nani) recipe. I remember, Nani used to make this nutritional, cool, refreshing drink for us during our summer vacations. This is a drink that everyone in the family adores!

This is made with soaked coriander seeds, peppercorns, milk and sweetener!

Coriander seeds aids in the removal of excess heat and toxins from the body. It cleanses the body and keeps it cool and hydrated. It has anti-inflammatory properties and helps to calm the digestive system. Peppercorn can improve cholesterol levels, blood sugar control, brain and gut health, and overall mental and physical health.
