One of my all time favorites, the Vegan Nutella Bliss Balls. A soft chewy dates base with a flavor of nutella. These little guys are packed full of healthy fats and antioxidants, making them the perfect guilt free alternative to the classic nostalgic favourite.

total time - 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
14-16 soft dates, pitted
3/4 cup roasted hazelnuts
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chunks
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
TO COAT (Optional)
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp hazelnut powder
WORKING THE MAGIC:
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until a dough begins to form. If the mixture looks and feels a bit dry, add a little plant based milk. The mixture should feel a little sticky.
Roll into tablespoon size balls and place on a baking sheet.
Optional- roll the smooth Nutella bliss balls in the hemp seeds or the fhazelnut powder to coat.
Place in the fridge until hardened, then enjoy! Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
